A little peek inside

Well, I had been very busy for the past one week. I had no clue on what i had done. All I could remember was running here and there, feeling tired and exhausted.
*trying very hard to recall*

Oh yea, i worked at Sheraton Hotel in Subang. Yes, u read it correctly, i WORKED! I can work!!! Haha... What exactly my one-day work required me to do there? A big question mark to everyone, rite? There were 10 of us and we were there to help decorating the hall for Jotun's annual dinner. My job required me to pump balloons and tied them up in bunches. After that, we needed to make an arch out of those balloons. Besides, we needed to tie them up on the spiral and vertical pillars too. Another girl and I had pumped around 6 big packets of balloons. Each time when a balloon burst in front of us, we would shock the hell out of each other. By the end of it, our fingers were all in pain and cracked. I could feel as if my fingernails were coming off. Mind you, it was not an easy job as it looked like. And i could guarantee that you will be so afraid of balloons for the next few days after the job. A friend even joked that we might dream of being chased by flying balloons! So, the next time if you attend any event, please don't try to poke at the balloons you see there. They were all being blown up and decorated with hard work.

Hmm.. What else? Yup, my 2nd bro brought back the 3rd girl this time to meet my parents. Her name is Cindy and she's same age as me. I wondered why would he brought back a younger girl each time. A sweet girl yet more matured compared to me because she's the eldest at home. Anyway, haven't really got the chance to actually communicate with her yet but i hope everything will be on the bright side on the near future.

I had even met my latest twin cousins! The first twin sisters ever occured in the family tree. I couldn't believe that i would still have more cousins at this age. By the time i am 30, they will be like what? 9? They can be my children already! ;p Looking at the babies was the most wonderful thing. They were so tiny that i didn't dare to touch 'em as i was afraid i might hurt them. I can't wait to see this pair of twin sisters to grow up ;)

Met Andry few days back. He asked whether i had straightened my hair. To those who had known me since young, that would be a silly question, rite? He had asked for the 2nd time and the 1st was during CNY. Again i would like to say "No, Andry i didn't straighten my hair." Hehe... Had a nice time chatting with him. At one point, he said i set the bar too high for my the other half. I was stunned for a while because he wasn't the first one to say so. But again, I don't think i am. If i haven't met someone who could actually melt my heart and sweep me off my feet, i would definitely wait. What's the rush if the ending might be hurting? Well, what can i say? Different people with different opinion i guess. The funniest part was when he offered me banana chocolate cake and i was trying to be polite and said okay. He then asked whether i would eat it. I was like "Mmm..mm, NO! I don't like banana chocolate cake." Haha.. I'm so sorry yea.

Phew.. It had been quite a big responsibility to stay at home without my father. Finally i could "feel" how heavy was his shoulder all this time. Since my parents are away in KL, i am the one who handle part of their routine job. Started with yesterday where i went to the bank to clear my bro's credit card payment. He had called a day earlier to say that yesterday was the due date. (Yeah, doing the last minute work is what we like most and i bet he must be hiding in the room to make that desperate call to me. Hehe...) Then off to the chinese medical hall to get the regular ointment and medicine for my grandpa. My grandparents have a "prevention is better than cure" thinking. They take medicine to prevent rather than cure and will swallow Panadol like candy. Don't ask me why but everyone is tired from nagging those two. After that, i got to rush back and cook a simple meal for them cos the person who was suppose to send the meal was off on Friday. Yes, again u read it correctly. I CAN COOK!!

Finally, I was up before 5am just now to fetch my sis-in law at the bus station. (See, that's the consequence of not having a guy at home.) She couldn't get a flight ticket. (Yes, again last minute work. We love that, don't we?) I couldn't remember when was the last time i woke up so early, not even during my secondary school days. Nowadays, once i woke up i couldn't get back to sleep. I seriously disliked being so conscious and i long for those days where i could sleep like a dead pig even the whole world was tearing down. Since i couldn't get back to my dreamland, TADAA...!!! Here i am, blogging! Anyway, feeling hungry rite now and i am off to the market to get my breakfast. Hopefully I can get a good sleep tonight or perhaps in the evening.
